§ 5-6-3. The Director of Public Works Shall Approve Planting of Trees.

No person shall plant any shade or ornamental tree or shrub in any of the public highways of the City of Concord until such tree or shrub shall have first been approved and the place where it is to be planted designated by the Director of Public Works and a permit granted therefore.
