§ 1-3-5. Interest in Federal Projects.

No City officer, employee, agent, member of the City Council and no other public official of the City who exercises any function or responsibilities with respect to a Federal program during his tenure in office or for one year thereafter shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in any contract or subcontract, or the proceeds thereof, for work performed in connection with a program receiving Federal assistance.
