§ 1-2-2. Temporary Seal.

At such times as the official seal of the City, as provided in section 1-2-1 is inoperative or is unavailable due to repair or maintenance requirements, the City Clerk is authorized to utilize in its place a seal of simple circular design which indicates "City of Concord, New Hampshire Adopted City Charter 1853". The City Clerk is in custody of the temporary seal.
