§ 15-8-4.2. Entry Upon Premises Unlawful.

A person required to be licensed or registered under the provisions of RSA 320 or this Article, while conducting the business of a peddler, shall not enter upon any residential premises in the City:
(a)

Between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.; or

(b)

Where the owner, occupant, or person legally in charge of the premises has posted at the entry to the premises or at the entry to the principal building on the premises a sign bearing the words, "No Peddlers", "No Trespassing" or "No Solicitors", or words of similar import.
