§ 13-8-7. Records Maintained/Kept.

Records for each patron or customer shall be kept and maintained by the operator of each tattoo establishment. Every record shall contain the name, address, age, telephone number and signature of each patron or customer. All records shall be available for inspection upon request of the Code Administrator or same's designee. All records shall be kept and maintained for a minimum of two (2) years.
