§ 13-1-8. Temporary Health Officer.

In case the Health Officer is unable to attend to the duties of his office, through sickness or other good cause, the City Manager may select a suitable person to act temporarily in his stead, and said person, shall, while so acting possess all the authority, with the same compensation given the Health Officer under the provisions of the City Ordinances.
