§ 11-1-2. Purported Cures.

(a)

Medical Disease Handbill. A person shall not distribute, in any part of the City of Concord, handbills, cards, papers, or advertising matter of any kind or description, which purports to describe symptoms of so-called diseases, and prescribe cures therefor.

(b)

Free Samples of Medicine. A person shall not distribute, in any part of the City of Concord, free samples of medicine of any description whatever, which purports to cure the diseases mentioned above in this section.
