Appendix 5.5. An Act to Authorize the City of Concord to Issue Bonds For Improvements In Its Water Works System.

Section 1. Concord, Water Bonds. For the purpose of acquiring, developing, and constructing additional sources of water supply, additional means of water storage and pumping, and additional means of distribution of water for its waterworks, the City of Concord is hereby authorized and empowered to issue from time to time not in excess of $300,000 of its serial bonds payable not later than 30 years after the date of the bonds but otherwise to conform to the provisions of Chapter 59 of the Public Laws.

Section 2. Takes Effect. All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed, and this Act shall take effect upon its passage.
