App 3.2 - Original Charter of City and Special Acts Inconsistent With Present Charter Continued.

So much of the original Charter of said City, approved July 6, 1849, and of the special acts since passed in amendment or supplement thereof, as is now in force relative to the constitution and bounds of its several wards, to its school districts and sewer, lighting, and other special precincts and their government and affairs, to its waterworks, police court, and to the borrowing of money in aid of its school districts is hereby continued in force, with the exception of such provisions as are inconsistent with this act.
