The general Ordinances of the City of Concord, New Hampshire as revised and consolidated are hereby adopted as the Code of Ordinances of the City of Concord, New Hampshire, and shall be treated and considered as a new and original comprehensive ordinance which shall completely supersede the Revised Ordinances of 1958 and all other general Ordinances passed by the City Council, and/or Board of Aldermen, prior to November 10, 1969, except such as by reference thereto are expressly saved from repeal or continued in force and effect for any purpose.
