The City Solicitor shall prepare and publish revised sheets for every page in need of revision, by reason of amendment or repeal, at intervals not exceeding six (6) months. The City Solicitor shall distribute the revised sheets as provided in App. 2-1.9 and for such fee as the City Manager shall determine.
